What’s your workout like:
 
Cardio: 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga. Hot yoga is the best invention ever, even just to relieve stress.
 
Abs: 80 bicycle crunches
 
Waist: 30 sit ups using an exercise ball.
 
Lower back: Squats with an exercise ball.
 
Butt lift or curve: 10 lunges across the room.
 
Calf: 20 minutes on the cross trainer.
 
Legs: 20 minutes on the treadmill.
 
 
Which exercise do you feel improves your physically sexual ability?
Yoga definitely! My flexibility has improved so much!

What part of your body are you looking to improve?
My abs could be tighter, there’s always room for toning up.

What needs to be removed from your diet to be healthier?
I’m a sugar addict, so many things, but mainly pancakes and milkshakes.

Do you have a trainer?
Yes, we have a love – hate relationship. [Laughs] I think he works me too hard. He thinks I’m lazy, so for now we agree to disagree.

Which gym or facility do you train in?
My local gym and yoga studio.

What percent of business approaches from Urban Model clients are without sex in mind?
About ten percent.

How do you deal with those in business who you find attractive and will have sex with?
[Laughs] I go to yoga to meditate it off and try to refocus on my goals.

What do you feel about sex and how it’s helped spawn some careers and even television shows?
I think that sometimes it’s worth keeping it personal, but to each their own. I wouldn't judge others and just think everyone has their own situations. Sometimes you can’t help who you are attracted to, and if it comes with your career and helps it, then I guess it’s a plus.

Sex and business does coincide in the entertainment business. Is there a healthy medium where sex and business can coincide with you?
Being a Leo, I’m very determined and always set myself business goals and deadlines. As long as that’s running smoothly there could be time for pleasure. I think there needs to be a balance. It’s only healthy.

Where do you draw the line?
The line is drawn when there’s work to be done and work colleagues are involved.

Have you had business success with a person whom you also found attractive and had sex with?
No.

Does being attractive assist in: shopping budgets, travel, bills and grooming?
Definitely. All of those things!
